Homemade Spaetzle, As Promised

I’ve been meaning to add this recipe for many many moons now…and yesterday I made a traditional German dinner again for my increasingly-grateful husband (see my previous post about the Sauerbraten Episode), so I took some photos as I was preparing the spaetzle, and created a slideshow!
