Update: My hero Marion Nestle offered her opinion on this lawsuit on her blog, Food Politics.  (she’s in favor of it).

Does this really surprise anyone? And does anyone ever go to Denny’s looking for healthy food? Most every time I’ve been to Denny’s, I’ve been drunk, and nutrition was the last thing on my mind.
