		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the heads up. I had seen Pollan&#039;s earlier editorials but not the government response. I am excited to see the methods of improving nutrition in the local community. In 2009, it is more profitable for local mini marts to sell chips and soda than fresh fruits and whole grain snacks. There just isn&#039;t the demand for foods that nourish our bodies.
