I was thinking about creating a Facebook page to go along with my blog – do you think it’s a good idea, or can I get along without it?
Life at Goal 
It’s a good way to let people know you have a new post and communicate with your readers — and when someone shares/likes/comments, it exposes your content to all of their friends.
