My next door neighbor Mark Graham is a chef – and a damn good one at that. He just recently became head chef at a little restaurant called Mezza Notte Ristorante in Guilderland. Steve Barnes mentioned him in a recent Table Hopping blog post, and the comments have been great.

I plan to get on over there and sample his wares – we’ve eaten at the other places he’s cooked, and he’s just incredible. I can’t wait to give you our review!

If you were at my wedding, you might have met Mark and his wife…they’re such wonderful people. It’s great to have nice (and fun) neighbors!
