File this under “WTF?”

An Evanston, IL burger-and-dog joint called “Weiner & Still Champion” (the name is pretty awesome) has a new addition to its menu: a deep-fried patty of gravy that you can put atop your burger.  The disks of gravy are breaded and cooked to order, so that when you take a bite, the hot pus-like substance will spill out and cover the burger (and your hands, and the table, probably).

This does not look the least bit appetizing.

Maybe – and just maybe – if you replaced the burger with some stuffing and a schmear of cranberry sauce, I’d try it. I might even like it. But this. This is an atrocity. Would you eat it?
